Before We Work Together: Here's What You Should Know

What I Believe

Every buyer or seller deserves a true advocate: someone whose loyalty is to the client, not to the deal or monetary compensation.

  • An informed client makes better decisions. My job is to make sure you understand every option before you sign anything.

  • Relationships in this business are long-term. How I treat clients, listing agents, and contractors today shapes how we work together in the future, and can also affect the quality of service they provide to my clients.

  • Good outcomes require good communication. I will always be direct, timely, and clear, and I expect the same..

What You Can Expect of Me

  •  I will always act with integrity, even if it costs me the deal.

  • I will hold all conversations between us in confidence. Not only is this important to me, but it is also an ethical principle of the agent/client relationship.

  • I will explain your options clearly at every stage: search, offer, inspection, financing, and closing.

  • I will never rush you. Your timeline and readiness come before my compensation. If there is a situation where time is limited, I will walk you through it, but I will never pressure you to make a decision.

  • I will negotiate on your behalf without hesitation. I am loyal to you!

  • I will respond to your calls, texts, and emails promptly. If I am unavailable, I will tell you when you can expect to hear from me.

  • I will refer you to trusted lenders, inspectors, and contractors, and I will be honest if I feel someone on that list is not the right fit for your situation.

How You Contribute to Our Relationship

  • Be pre-approved, or actively working toward it, before we start touring homes seriously.

  • Communicate openly. Tell me when something does not feel right, when a home is not working, or when your priorities shift. I cannot advocate for you effectively if I am guessing.

  • Respect the process and my time, just as I will respect yours. This includes honoring our buyer representation agreement.

  • Ask questions before it is too late. No question is too small, and no concern is an inconvenience.

  • Be honest about your budget, your deal-breakers, and your timeline, even if the truth is uncomfortable. We will problem-solve together and figure out how to turn challenges into motivation.

When everyone shows up this way, something great happens: the process becomes less stressful, decisions feel clearer, and the outcome is one you can feel genuinely confident about. That's the kind of experience I'm committed to building with you.

If this resonates with you, I'd love to connect. Whether you're just starting to think about buying, or you're ready to make a move to a home that better suits your needs, I'm here for it. Let's talk about what your goals look like and how I can best support you.
